Scope. This policy applies to all apps we publish on the App Store. Some apps may add their own notes on top of this policy; where they conflict, the in-app notice for that app controls.

1. No profiling

Our apps do not require an account. We do not sell, rent, or trade user information, and we do not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

2. Information we collect

By default our apps do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers.

If an app needs a network connection, a system permission (photos, microphone, notifications, location), or content you choose to submit, we explain the purpose the first time you use that feature and only proceed with your consent. That app's in-app notice describes its specific practices.

3. Data stored on your device

Settings and records are typically stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes this data. We cannot read or restore it remotely.

4. Notifications

If an app offers reminders and asks for notification permission, reminders are generated and delivered locally by your device and do not pass through our servers. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in system settings.

5. Third-party services

Our apps do not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs by default. If an app uses a third-party service such as crash reporting or cloud sync, we list the provider and the data involved in that app's notes or in its App Store privacy details.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect data. Because our apps do not store your personal information on our servers by default, the main risk sits with the device itself — please use a passcode and backups.

7. Children's privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child's information reached us without a guardian's consent, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your rights

You can uninstall an app at any time to stop using it and delete local data. If your local law grants you rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, contact us using the method below.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date. Material changes will be noted in the affected apps.
